I've been taking medication to help me lose weight since July 3rd and from July 3rd to July 30th I have lost 7 pounds. It's a great start, but I can't help but think "That's not good enough". I was eating healthier foods and less portions, but I wasn't doing much exercising. And I thought, "Ok, next month I'll just have to step it up and start exercising more often." It was good in theory, but we moved from a 3 bedroom mobile home into a 1 bedroom apartment a couple of weeks ago, so since the beginning of August we've been packing and working and getthing things together for the move. Needless to say, August came and went and I didn't do anymore exercise as I did in July. And on top of that, I wasn't eating healthy at all. I'd find the cheapest easiest thing to eat; fast food, pizza, chinese food. So I need to go to the doctor again in a few days to get another perscription and I'm worried that instead of losing weight, I've gained weight. I'm so discouraged and disappointed in myself for not doing what I know I needed to do. UGH!!
