Having Self-Value

Depression, anxiety and other outside factors can attribute to people having forgotten to take care of themselves inside and out. Stop and take a moment to remember all the good things about yourself MINUS your achievements. When you learn to separate your achievements from your true self, you have begun to experience SELF VALUE.

Yes you may have a great track record of winning over a fortune 500 company....BUT....they still belong to you no matter what.

So, aside from that, what's your value?
