As far as I'm concerned it's a fair question. Just about everyone wants to look good and stay in good shape. It raises our self-esteem, increases our confidence, gives us an injection of the feel good factor and generally increases our sense of well being and health. So why not get in shape?
The truth is most people fail on the first hurdle. Getting in shape should be a natural thing for all people yet the fact remains that a modern lifestyle does not forbade well with keeping in shape.
We eat too much and exercise too little. Apart from that what we do eat is often the wrong thing, too much fat, sugar and salt and not enough fiber and natural sugars and vitamins. If we can adequately address these few factors then it is absolutely in the capability of all of us to get fit and stay in shape.
