Wellness for Seniors and Baby Boomers

I am a senior and in the last few years have changed my life style. I must say for the better. I am retired and lived a good life with a loving wife, golf, woodworking, and gardening. But I was about 20 pounds overweight, fighting cholesterol battle and minimal energy. My wife and I embarked on several things that changed our life style. First was a low/non fat diet with (key) portion control. We ate most things, but in moderation. We comitted ourselves to a exercise program at least 4 times a week. I have to admit, I think we are adicted to exercise now. We don't feel right unless we do it. The third and final thing was using nutritional supplements. We reseached the world of nutritional supplements and came up with a company we felt met our needs. We did this because we were concerned that we were not getting enough nutriants in our bodies for the portion control and exercise we were doing. I have a lot of friends that are my age and are going down the same path I was following so I try to educate them. People ask me why I look so young. I tell them, they just look at me stangely. Anyone interested I would love to have a much more detailed discussion. Thanks for listening.
