Introduction

Hello,

It is nice to be a new member of Wellness.com. My family and I are excited to be back in Colorado and closer to family. We moved to the Denver area at the begining of this year and we are now getting settled into our house in Thornton. I am eager to jump into teaching yoga again.

I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teaching Certificate at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, AZ and my 500 hour Yoga Teacher Trainging Certificate at Inner Vision Yoga in Chandler, AZ. I have been teaching in the Phoenix metro area for the last 4 years.

I am passionate about connecting with others and teaching them tools to be more pressent and peaceful people.

I look forward to meeting people in the Denver area and becoming part of the yoga community here.

I plan to teach regular classes out of my home studio as well as teaching yoga around the community.
