true exercse is a stress...

EXERCISE IS STRESS

RECREATION is a fun type of physical action:
EXERCISE is an "exerting " to cause stimulus for a hopeful positive results:

Today most people have the two confused. Properly performed exercise is not fun, its work, exertion as the word states.
The lack of proper preparation prior to exercise is the limiting factor in NOT obtaining the proper or desired results.
Recovery from exercise requires adequate and accurate nutrition to supply the optimum response. The materials or nutrients supplied by this nutrition are "the material utilized to cause or build the tissues, to bring about the response ."
Then adequate rest or time is needed to absorb and store reserves to facilitate the response also.
Example: try shaving today and cut yourself, when would you want to have eaten the nutrients to clot the blood, today, tomorrow, or yesterday? Obviously AT LEAST THE DAY BEFORE OR YESTERDAY TO ALLOW THE BODY TO "ADEQUATERLY RESPOND"
NOTE: If an individual is exercising regularly and are not able to actually measure positive results, the recovery factors are not adequate, and more harm than good is taking place!
Better food (quality) and more rest is always the key to more results! More recovery is needed.
POINT: Ever notice when you miss a work out or two, and you return to the gym and see a vast jump in performance? Think about it, you had more recovery time and less stress from exercise!
