Chrissie I think it was really important for you to start a daily exercise routine, even something as simple as walking for 30 minutes. this will help to boost your metabolism and ultimately your appetite. try not to ignore hunger or "skip" meals and of course try to maintain a healthy diet. Hi Chrissie,
If you go without food too long. It hurts to eat when you do decide to get better. Try eating yogurt with small meals and see if it helps your stomach return to normal.

having tonsillitis doesn't help, hard to avoid eating dry or fried food.
