After not working out for two weeks, I dragged my body back to the gym last night. I could have made it a regular back and bicep Monday, but I wasn't thrilled about being sore for the next two days. So I cheated and headed for the Yoga class.
I really don't understand how Yoga can fit into a regular work out regimen. I've tried yoga before, but I still don't get it. No it wasn't easy. I was struggling to maintain the poses, but I still felt like I was cheating myself out of a good work out. I did enjoy the class even though I felt awkward and clumsy. Maybe after giving it a good chance I can train my muscles to transition from one pose to another with more grace. My question is, can Yoga help me get back into my skinny jeans? Or am I cheating?
