Judge Forces Parents to Allow Chemotherapy for Their 3-Year-Old Comments

I think it is absolutely disgusting and irresponsible of the judge in this case injecting his or her opinion on a 3 year old child without any regard for the parents feelings or choice of an alternative such as St. Jude Medical in
Tennessee, where the medical care is free. Marlo Thomas, Danny Thomas daughter is I believe on the Board. The hospital depends on donations and has been around since the 50s or 60s

Chemo is a killer and I know, losing relatives and friends who BELIEVED the doctor who made tons of dollars on it. They are ALL dead. Some thought they were healed and then 2-4 yrs later..BAM...the worst cancer you can imagine. All they had to do is eat properly...NO SUGAR at all, for insteance, as cancer LOVES SUGAR. You can find out how to change your diet and be healed. I have a friend that had stage 4 cancer, changed the diet 100%, and 13 yrs later she is healthier than most people. If a Dr. did that if I had a son, I would see he no longer practices ever again. he is a vile, evil, corrupt DEM for sure. They don't want children to be BORN or LIVE. They hate America and most Americans. Sick,evil people.Jeanne, Sam and the one below I can't see the name you, are 100% right...CHEMO KILLS. My MOM is dead because of chemo, not the cancer.

Chemotherapy doesn't work on everyone. The parents we're seeking a second opinion. The parents have the right over said child until they're 18 unless there is abuse. No sign of abuse here. Judge was wrong.

The parents still pay the bills and are raising the child. It is the parents prerogative to seek other treatment for their child. NO judge should rule over the parents on medical treatment for their child.

What I do know is that Chemo kills far more people then it saves. It is a deadly treatment killing both healthy as well as cancerous cells. An ill person dose not have a chance given the illness and the supposed treatments.

What legal theory allows the judge to dictate medical care? Doesn't Rove v. Wade allow the mother to decide the medical fate of the viable fetus? Who is making the decision as to what is the best interest of the child? A judge with unknown medical qualifications? From what precedent does the judge suddenly acquire jurisdiction and authority to make such a determination? Where is the expert witness on the merits of chemotherapy as per Daubert v. Dow? What peer-reviewed literature did the judge cite when he/she made the decision? What published oncologist can testify as to the odds of death/success facing the child subjected to chemotherapy? How is pain and suffering of the child factored in?

If there is a proven way to have my child live. I would take it. I know chemo is hard to watch people go through, I have done that, I understand but if my child could live a good life afterwards, there would be no question of going through it. I also believe in optional methods, cbd oil etc but this is a PROVEN way to have my child live.

I have friends that were cured buy alternative treatments. None of the chemo side effects and better quality of life. Chemo also can cause cancer to show up elsewhere. Like breast or prostate cancer chemo TX. May cause leukemia later on. Seen it happen more than once.

Let the judge take the same chemo treatment as the boy!
If the judge has a good reaction to the chemo, then he can recommend (Not demand) that same treatment for the boy! Otherwise, keep your judicial nose out of the family's life!

Who is paying off the judge, or is he or she just a natural egotistical idiot?
Chemotherapy is a cash cow for the medical doctors and the pharmaceutical companies. .The idea is monstrous, i.e., put something in the body that kills everything, every cell, hoping it will not kill too many healthy cells, before it kills the cancer cells. Chemo will destroy the immune system as it cuts a deadly swath through the body, causing big problems down the road. No happy life here.
Realize that cancer is a symptom not a disease. Stop chasing symptoms for the all mighty dollar and correct the imbalance removing the cause of the manifestation; what you eat, drink, the air you breath, the exercise you take, the sleep you get and the thoughts you think; make enough right choices in these categories and you have health.
