I have over 13 years of experience in the social services industry, serving adult populations, families and individuals in clinical and crisis settings. I am trained in Adlerian Psychology, Cognitive behavioral therapy, mind body medicine and certified as a yoga teacher. My individualized approaches are tailored to the client and their presenting concern. I enjoy working with clients to help them discover their true potential. My overall goal as a psychologist is to understand the mechanisms of the manifestation of mental health symptoms and determine the most effect and accessible way to reduce these symptoms for all individuals regardless of economic, gender, social or cultural status. I am sensitive to the needs of culturally diverse and GLBT communities.
