What is the change that you seek? In my more than 30 years of experience providing mental health services, I have found that the common denominator for people seeking therapy is that there is something in their life that they would like to change; whether that is solving a problem in their relationships, their job, patterns of behavior, patterns of thinking, or simply feeling happier.
I work with people to discover the source of problems, set reasonable and achievable goals, identify obstacles/blocks to the attainment of these goals, and develop the means for coping with problems and achieving change. Therapy approaches include person-centered, cognitive, behavioral, and hypnosis.
I have worked with people who have a wide range of problems from major psychiatric disabilities such as major depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD or schizophrenia to problems that, while not being a major disability, are a major source of stress, unhappiness, and disruption in people's lives. Let's work together for the change that you seek.
