We are a 24 hour facility with cardio, free weights, circuit/strength training machines and classes. Classes include cardio kickboxing, Zumba, kid’s tumbling & karate and soon to add a kid’s Zumba class. Classes change during the year, so call to see what the latest offering are. We have personal TV’s on all cardio machines. Personal trainers available are also available. We have full locker rooms.
