Healing Spirit Massage was created by Jennifer O’Connell as an independent therapeutic massage practitioner in 2003.Jennifer uses a mix of intuitive Swedish massage techniques with Polarity Therapy and Cranial Sacral Therapy to provide a healing space for her client to move through any stresses or traumas. The goal is to enable the client to utilize their own healing capability to initiate a more stress free state of being.
