Cultivating awareness is crucial in a complex, global world. My intention is to provide a thoughtful, confidential space where one’s inner voice and opportunities for discernment can be revealed.
I believe that a successful therapeutic experience ensures a genuine collaboration among the client and therapist where new understanding can emerge, leading to a desired resolution of problems and authentic change. Working contemplatively we uncover patterns of behavior and beliefs that interfere with happiness and personal and professional growth; making room for continuous self reflection, deepening awareness and the development of stronger, more sustaining connections.
My practice is informed by formal training in psychodynamic and contemplative therapies, meditation and journaling, as well as my own personal spiritual practice.
Please contact me with further questions regarding my approach and my practice specialties. I am available for a free initial phone consultation.

Clinical Supervision for clinicians
Group for practitioners interested in nurturing a contemplative foundation to their practice. Participants will be introduced to a Reflective Practice Reflective model, the structure within which clinical practice is best provided and nurtured. This is an iterative and relational process, intended to increase one’s capacity for self observation and an ability to make sense of direct experience, both personal and other. The activities of reflection and contemplation are dynamic and if engaged thoughtfully, its’ by-product is new learning, cultivated from one’s direct experience.
