Interests: Besides loving my clients and my work, I am recharged by gardening, camping, porch sitting, creative projects, singing and playing guitar, and sharing with friends. I am a fan of Montessori education, breastfeeding families, attachment parenting, loving kindness,the planet Earth, all kinds of people, and lifelong learning. I dig diverse world philosophies, spiritual traditions, music and food! Most of all I am interested in having a great marriage and a great relationship with my daughter.


Professional interests include: helping people of all ages and cultures to love themselves, create great relationships, overcome anger problems, create healthy work lives, deal with anxiety, heal from trauma, adapt to moving to Lakeland, lift the rock of depression, manage serious mental illness, and become their best selves.
