Interests: I provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, adolescents and their families. There are many reasons a person might seek psychotherapy. Just a few reasons include needing support through a stressful period, coping with symptoms of depression or anxiety, and relationship problems. Treatment may be brief to address a problem that interferes with a person’s current functioning or more long-term work to help increase insight into lifelong patterns and relationship issues. I have been working with adults, adolescents and their families for 12 years. The client-therapist relationship is extremely important for therapy to be effective.
