I am a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience working with teens, adults, couples and families in NYC schools, mental health clinics, and private practice. I use a collaborative, holistic, and relational approach to create a brave environment where individuals, couples, and families can explore themselves and their relationships. Using interventions from various therapies such as cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, and narrative, I hope to empower people with the understanding and tools needed to address challenges and build the lives they envision for themselves. I have specialized experience working with adolescent and young women on issues of self-esteem and identity, feelings of anxiety and depression, trauma, relationships, and life cycle transitions to adult and parenthood.
I have a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Columbia University, and advanced training certificates from the Ackerman Institute for the Family, and the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT).
My office is conveniently located in Brooklyn at the intersection of Greenpoint and Williamsburg.
