Sheilan Cook has a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Missouri Baptist University and holds a Provisional License in Professional Counseling. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis and uses Behavioral Therapy within her practice of counseling. As a substitute teacher in the public school system, Sheilan worked with IEP students, and during her educational studies she received knowledge on working with exceptional children who have been diagnosed with such conditions as ADHD, Autism, Asperger's Syndrome, etc. Currently Sheilan is also an adjunct instructor with East Central College where she teaches Psychology and Sociology classes. Areas of Interest: Adolescents, Individuals, Couples, Relationships, Marriage, Addictions, Borderline Personalities, Life Skills, Parenting Skills, and Christian Counseling, Batterer Intervention Program.
