Dr. Anthony Arreola is a National Board Certified and Washington State Licensed Chiropractor. He is the owner and primary practitioner of Chirobody, a Chiropractic practice located in Everett, Washington. Dr. Arreola is the primary doctor for the Washington State Open Bodybuilding, Figure, and Fitness Competition and writes a health article for NW Fitness Magazine.
Dr. Arreola grew up in Black Diamond, Washington. He is an alumni of Tahoma High School. He attended Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California, where he earned a Doctorate in Chiropractic. While at Palmer, he was a part of the Palmer College Sports Council, and had the opportunity to provide on field chiropractic services to athletes from San Jose State Rugby. As part of this group, he also provided services to the youth of Pop Warner Football and professional volleyball players and mountain bicyclists. He served his internship and preceptorship in California.
Dr. Arreola is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. He holds other NASM certificates in neuromuscular stretching and cardiorespiratory training for sports performance. He is part of the Health and Professional Network Working with Young Athletes.
Dr. Arreola has a diverse background in the health profession. He has experience writing successful diet plans for many types of people. He has not only been a competitive bodybuilder, but has also trained bodybuilders and figure competitors. He has worked as a personal trainer as well. The combined experience he has gained in this wide variety of health related professions have led him to his ultimate goal of becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic. Dr. Stephanie Smith is a chiropractor that brings health, happiness and wellness to families of the greater Seattle area. She has always had a passion for helping people achieve optimal health through natural and conservative management. Dr. Stephanie completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic West (San Jose, CA) with a special interest in pediatric chiropractic. While attending Palmer West Dr. Stephanie completed her clinical internship with renowned pediatric chiropractor Dr. Peter Fysh, D.C., F.I.C.C.P., at his private practice in Sunnyvale, CA.
Dr. Stephanie has completed over 2 years of post-graduate education from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). ICPA certified doctors are trained in specialized care necessary to identify and properly care for a variety of discomforts and dysfunctions affecting children.
While treating infants and children, Dr. Stephanie uses a style different from that of adults. This approach ensures adjustments are safe, gentle and effective. The amount of pressure used on an infant can be compared to the amount of finger pressure it would take to dimple a tomato. Throughout all of the exciting stages of childhood, infants and children should be checked regularly by a chiropractor.
Dr. Stephanie also specializes in the treatment of pregnant mothers. She is certified in the Webster Technique, which is a diversified adjustment technique that allows for optimal pelvic function and relief of musculoskeletal symptoms throughout the pregnancy. There are numerous changes that occur in a woman’s body while she is pregnant. Not only for the health and comfort of the expecting mother’s body, but the development of the baby, it’s an important time to be under chiropractic care.
Dr. Stephanie is a Pacific Northwest native, growing up in Lake Tapps, WA. She attended Central Washington University in Ellensburg, WA. She would be honored to assist you and your family in achieving your health care goals.

Dr. Jacob Waller is a chiropractor with a passion for understanding the human body, how it moves, and how our modern society is forcing us to use our bodies in an unnatural way. By understanding how our body is designed to work, we can more accurately determine what is causing your pain and what steps to take to get you back to being active and pain free as quickly as possible.
In the office, Dr. Waller’s passion is helping patients understand the root cause of their pain and helping them not only get relief from that pain, but also leaving the office with a variety of tools to help prevent the pain from returning. In addition to the adjustment, an average office visit will include some combination of stretching, massage, and exercises to address both the spine as well as the supporting soft tissues.
