It was pretty easy to for me to find their office. I’ve been to other doctors that work out of an office in the middle of nowhere, but not this one. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I would choose them over anyone else in the field, and I can’t wait until my next appointment. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I'd recommend them to my friends and family. They really made a difference in my recovery.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from.

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I've always appreciated how flexible they are with their appointment times. They always make an extra effort to accommodate my schedule and set up a time for me that's convenient. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
