Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

I can't say enough other than Dr. Nguyen saved me. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They went over every detail of my medication with me carefully and meticulously so I completely understood. They always make the extra effort to make sure I feel safe and involved. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. They are very understanding and compassionate, and always make sure their extremely careful with my joints during an exam. I'm never in any pain during my appointments. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
