Dr. Mashchak is a rarity in this day - a caring doctor who doesn't just consider you as a number! She is open to many possible treatment options and works with the patient to make sure that her voice is heard. A wonderful doctor.

They were friendly and made me feel at home. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

Not only did they not rush my appointment, they were even willing to go past my scheduled appointment time to answer all of my questions. They are one of the most reliable doctors I've ever been to. Not only have they never canceled any of my appointments, they always call me to remind me the day before. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
