The results were not ideal, however, among the med assistant, PA, and Dr Marrotta the overall experience was delightful. I am extremely satisfied with course of action to improve the undesired outcome, in addition to offering me a refund, and extending his services beyond his busy schedule to help me. The professionalism, courtesy, and empathy rendered exemplifies customer service at its best.
Kimberly did not take my medical history or ask about my current skincare routine. My skin was not assessed properly. I have multiple cuts due to her inexperience with dermaplaning. She may have 8 years experience but she missed basic patient intake care at my appointment. My results were not normal and resulted in injury. It's early to tell but I might have permanent scarring. Office manager Katie has still not called me back about my request for a full refund. This practice has photographs of my injuries. I do not want additional services by this practice. You are not upfront about pricing. Receipts are never printed out or even emailed. Charges are made without patient consent. Please refund my money.
