Tomyka Wimberly was excellent in my care with every single ultrasound I was happy with her service she was also very gentle, patient and knowledable and did not make me feel like just another patient.

I am always very pleased with the staff at the med center location. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, Gayla was incredibly abrasive and abrupt during my visits today. I mistakenly checked in upstairs for my US appt today and she directed me downstairs with ZERO guidance. When I asked for clarification she continued to only repeat the number of the room. I work in patient care, and this is completely unacceptable. I cannot begin to describe in words how incredibly rude she was. The staff downstairs in 'Room 1490!' Was incredibly friendly. They were great and should be recognized for their compassion and friendliness.

Dr. Fountain was awesome as well as Giselle. A+ for them. I was however surprised by Gayla and the 2 other receptionists openly discussing my health care plan and work situation. I thought it was Highly Unprofessional and Insensitive especially as a New Patient! I almost walked out and not kept my appointment. Hopefully this survey will prompt a change to how personnel and patients information is discussed. Maybe next time in a quite whisper but definitely not openly! I did let Dr. Fountain know of my concerns. Thank you.

This review is for Tomyka in the ultrasound center. I had an ultrasound with her on Tuesday February 19, 2019. She was very considerate of how I felt during the exam. She made sure I was comfortable and asked several times how I was feeling. I have had many ultrasounds this pregnancy and have never had a technician as concerned as she was. She was very friendly as well! A great experience overall.
