Working with Azi Ahmadi changed my life. She is the very best Nutritionist I have ever seen . She is not the typical plastic food nutritionist but offers an intelligent and practical approach to eating right! She is kind and compassionate and never makes me feel bad about myself! I wanted a way to eat for the rest of my life , not a diet . I have suffered with severe chronic pain for the last 8 years and since I was unable to move well , my weight was a big issue! Azi analyzed my metabolism and developed a plan that is easy to follow and I am not only feeling better but my inflammation is going down! I highly recommend Azi if you want a success ful way to feel better, loose weight and have an eating plan for life! I can’t stop telling my doctors , family and friends about Azi . She is an amazing professional and an incredible person!

I began working with Azi looking for more guidance with my diet to gain weight and build muscle. Immediately after meeting with Azi, I noticed my energy levels increase, which led to better workouts. I've gained lean muscle and feel great!

I am an active person and thought that I was eating the proper foods. However, I was gaining weight and began to limit the foods I was eating. When I went to see Azi she found that my metabolism was slower than it should be and made suggestions to help speed it up. She also made tweaks in the food that I was eating and especially in the time that I was able to eat certain foods. After four weeks following Azi’s plan I am lighter, leaner, and happier. I am also able to eat some foods that I was avoiding before. The plan is easy to follow and I’m enjoying the changes in my menu and body.
An added bonus is that Azi is not only knowledgeable but caring and personable. I highly recommend Azi for your dietary needs.

For years I have been trying many ways to control my PCOS and lose weight! Azi has helped me tremendously through the past few months with how to eat not only to help with my PCOS, but how to live a healthier lifestyle. I have really noticed the differences with the food she suggest I eliminate.
I have noticed through her suggestions and counseling, I have not only lost weight but I feel better.

What makes Azi so special is how much she genuinely cares about each of her patients and there success. She is always available through email and text for any questions you might have and always emails to check in in between visits. This really helps keep you on track.

If you are thinking of going to Azi don’t hesitate because you won’t regret it. I wish I had this kind of guidance sooner!

I have been working with Azi since January (5 months) and I feel great. I have lost about 15 lbs and changed the way I eat for the better. All of my friends have noticed the positive changes and a few have asked for Azi’s phone number which I happily give out. I have more energy, love that I am eating “clean foods” and find it very easy and sensible to follow. This is a way of life for me now. Thanks Azi!!!

Azi is fabulous! On my first visit she offered suggestions (minor changes) to the timing of meals and additions to my diet. Those couple suggestions made all the difference. The bloating I had begun to experience is gone, my energy level is up, weight gain...gone. It was like a miracle, all within the first few days. I cannot say enough, how thrilled I am that I went to see her.
If you are looking for a caring, compassionate and knowledgeable nutritionist, look no further, you found her!
