I didn't have to wait for my appointment much the several times I have been there.The staff here is is very caring and compassionate, and Dr. Kuang is very explicit with his descriptions about treating my issues and answered all my questions in a straightforward manner, which I appreciated. He was realistic about what expectations I should have from my forthcoming procedure.The feeling I got was that my incontinence situation would come out better than what I had been experiencing prior. Not only was the experience an improvement, it was wildly so, to the point it has transformed my life with this \AUS

Dr. Kuang is outstanding. He worked me in for an appointment that confirmed I had bladder cancer. Then, he scheduled my surgery in order to complete it before my scheduled trip to London to visit my daughter. Finally, he arranged for me to spend the night in hospital, since the surgery was very late in the day. On each subsequent visit, he has been very communicative and supportive. I feel very fortunate to have been his patient, and know that I have received the very best of care.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I could tell that they really cared about all of their patients, and didn’t just treat them like numbers. They didn’t rush my appointment at all, and made sure every question I had was answered before I left. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They are the most understanding doctor I've ever had when it comes to appointment times. I have a very busy schedule, but they're always more than willing to work with me and figure out a time that doesn't conflict with my schedule. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
