Dr Zaki performed a Davinci Robotic Prostatectomy Surgery 4 weeks ago and I am all ready almost totally recovered and back to normal. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment.Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I see Dr Zaki as my Guardian Angel.

I will absolutely return.The staff is very attentive and professional. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. They are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've had several procedures/surgeries, and the staff has contacted me afterwards. When I needed their advice after a surgery, instantly I had a skilled person on the phone helping me. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They were friendly and made me feel at home. The whole office is very professional and friendly.

In the years I have been under the care of Dr. Safwat Zaki (since 2008) I have found him to be an extraordinary gentleman. Very pleasant in conversation, he makes every attempt to make sure you understand exactly where you stand in the course of treatment and options available at all stages of that treatment. He will always ask if there are any questions and give thorough and understandable answers.
Beyond that he, is a gifted surgeon and proctor. That last I am particularly grateful for. I just had my 2 year check up following radical prostatectomy. My PSA post surgery still undetectable. After 2 years I suffer from no ill effects as a result of the surgery, no pains, no incontinence, no bladder leakage, no increased frequency, zip, nada, zero, zilch.
This is the same as it was the day after the catheter, left in one week after surgery to insure healing, was removed. Although I'm not at the same sexual level I enjoyed at 45, at 59, post surgery, we can still make it work without the blue pill. One of these days I may try one of those little blue pills.
I will happily recommend Dr Zaki as a caring, thorough, and thoughtful physician. I am very grateful to have been under his care when my prostate cancer was detected and confirmed. In my personal opinion, he is perhaps the finest surgeon ever to grasp a surgical robot's controls, but then, that's just my personal experience.

Dr. Zaki was kind, knowledgeable and spent enough time diagnosing and explaining treatment options. The office staff was great and always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I'm very happy with the care they provide and would definitely recommend Dr. Zaki.

I have had several procedures with Dr. Zaki — bladder stone removal, lithotripsy sessions for kidney stones, prostate biopsies, and eventually robotic surgery for removal of prostate. No complications and great success with each procedure. Dr. Zaki is very skilled and knowledgeable and I am so grateful that he is my doctor. I highly recommend him to everyone.
