I called Dr Gold to euthanize my 15 1/2 year old cat because he had suddenly become paralyzed in his back end (both back legs). Little did I know that Dr. Gold is VERY experienced with rehabilitating this situation. My cat could not walk AT ALL, by the second acupuncture appointment, my cat was trying to stand!! By the third appointment, he was taking small steps. I think this doctor is amazing. She is the best vet I ever encountered. Her fees are very reasonable. My cat loves her. He has never tolerated travel in a car well. Although Dr. Gold has come to my house, I have also travelled to hers, and both times, so far, he was completely calm and quiet for the whole ride, there and back. I have never seen him this way. He hates the car. He knew we were going to see her. He is so calm around her and tolerated a lot of acupuncture needles. It's incredible what she has done for my cat. I thought I was going to be burying him 3 weeks ago, but he is walking and getting more stable by the day. Until meeting this vet I had no idea this type of damage was reversible. I am in awe and I recommend her highly. She also works with kidney failure in cats which I know is very common and again, something I didn't think was reversible or workable either. A++

Dr. Gold is a fantastic vet and more importantly, she is a mobile vet, so she comes to you. She takes care of our 3 cats, including our 2 feral freaks. Our feral rescues do not travel well and completely wig around other animals. Dr. Gold comes to our home, treats them with gentleness and patience, and always calls to ensure the treatment is going well. She has been a godsend. I like that I can email her and get responses, I prefer online when possible. Her website is very informative, and updated frequently http://www.ahousecallvet.weebly.com

Her prices are very reasonable, comparable to other vets, but she does charge based on how far she has to travel. However, it's been worth every penny to treat our scared cats in our own home with far less drama
