The treatment method was explained to me before the adjustment was performed. I appreciated the fact that I was prepared for my treatment. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Most of my adjustments were really general and didn't address my condition. They customized their treatment somewhat for me but not very much. This chiropractor has never misdiagnosed me. They always are able to find the source of my pain. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not.
