Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping in the sense that a clear standard of care was not discuss. They answer my questions but were vague when disusing how long should treatment be. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Yet its fast pace, one client after another, busy business model made me uneasy. I was not actually rushed but went from one room to another as if in a run against time.
