I have used Dr. Bennett for almost 15 years and I cannot say enough good things about him.. I once had a physician look at X-rays of my back and sadly comment "Yes, you have a nurse's back." Many years ago when I trained as a nurse I was taught not to trust chiropractors. I am so grateful I got beyond that prejudice. Chiropractors are like physicians in that there are good ones, average ones, and bad ones. I once had a nurse that I respected say that many medical professionals are educated but only a few are gifted by God. I truly believe Dr. Bennett is in that category. I have sent many people to him over the years and have never had anyone who was not highly complimentary of his skill, compassion, and professionalism. He kept me functional until 2009 when surgery was inevitable and I finally found someone I trusted for back surgery. Dr. Bennett helped me make this decision and was available to me by telephone during that time for any questions I had. My husband and I use him first for almost anything orthopedic. He certainly knows his limitations but he usually solves our problems quickly. He rarely takes X-rays which is a great advantage since most of us are over exposed to radiation already. He is superb at discovering your problem by questioning and examination. He usually solves your problems quickly so you don't have to keep going back. My adult children drive long distances to see him and my 89 year old mother loves him.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I've been to some chiropractors that had really cold hands which made my adjustments very uncomfortable, but this one didn't. I was very relieved.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

Dr. Bennett is an excellent chiropractor - he always focuses on my particular problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told him where I was in pain he put much of his focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. He always has an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. He would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. He was by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. He does not treat you any longer than needed and
always has been able to aleviate the pain.
