Dr Ott has always been spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor---He is an expert at what he does. All of my questions are answered during my appointment, and the doctor seems very knowledgeable. He is always happy to answer each and every question I have in-depth and I always feel better after my adjustment . I am confident that I am under the care of a professional.

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
