I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The Doctor is very caring and listens well to the patient, never rushes you, and he is indeed a professional as a Chiropractor. The environment is very calming and relaxed as they play lovely classical music. I am very happy to be a patient in Dr. Herrington's practice.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
