Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
