There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments.

They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. The equipment they used during my adjustment seemed very current and safe. You could tell everything was well taken care of.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
