They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. I am going to refer others I know to Dr. Kevin Bond. I absolutely love this place. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I felt it was a testimony to their great customer service and the wait was well worth it, no pun intended, LOL. Anyway; I've waited longer at other offices and wasn't as well taken care of, I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of.
