The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I didn't mind that they didn't offer on-site X-Rays, because they gave me directions to a lab that was five minutes away where I could get them. I was glad I didn't have to drive very far to get them done. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me. Their staff is very friendly, welcoming staff, and efficient. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I have never had to stand in the waiting room. Dr Coulter is very skilled at determining what is a chrio. issue and can help & what needs other medical attention. The best game in town!
