It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. The equipment they used during my adjustment was very advanced and sophisticated. It made me much more comfortable knowing that I was getting the most safe, current treatment.

Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
