I did feel a little less pain after my chiropractic treatment, but nothing major. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Mr. Pinto does not like to be asked questions. He is impatient, has a very bad bedside manner. The office is somewhat dirty too. Not going back.

I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I was disappointed that they weren't able to answer all of my questions. I still left feeling uncertain.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. They've definitely given me helpful lifestyle and nutritional tips. They always want what's best for me. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
