I had been going regularly for chiropractic treatments from Jan- Sept with some measure of improvement. I paid my co-pay at every visit,. I discontinued care when I had serious knee ailment that led me to an orthopedic.
Aterwards I was hounded about an unpaid bill, reminder after reminder mailed, even after I Iexplained over and over that this was not correct, which my insurance company verified. Then I got a letter saying they would submit to a collection agency, so instead of ruining my stellar credit rating I paid the (incorrect) bill.
On the advise of friends I looked into it and called the insurance company about the incorrect bill. Seems Ettlinger office had been paid in full by the insurance co, I owed nothing to t hem, and that I should call and request back payment. I did that in a letter. Someone from the office called to say they had received my letter and would send out the check that was owed to me. That was three months ago. I am still waiting for the amount that was incorrectly charged to me.

Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment

Never, they are very reliable.

I must say that I enjoy whenever I need to schedule an appointment here. The appointment is never too far from the time I call to schedule. The staff is very pleasant and remember me by name when I come through the door. I enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and the individual care that I receive. I would recommend Dr. Ettlinger and Dr. Conetta wholeheartedly.
