The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.s. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I have read the other reviews and there must be something wrong with the guy who wrote the negative review. This is a family run office and they never forced any care on me. I saw him several times the first week and then less and less as I progressed. They never forced me to schedule at any time. They're prices were very competitive with other Dr.'s in the area. My family and I will never go anywhere else.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. I was so happy with the care I got here that I have already told multiple people about it. They deserve all the recommendations in the world.

I put my trust in this guy and he has basically ruined my life. Adjusted me 4 times in a week telling me I had a bone in my neck off an inch blah blah. I have been in excruciating pain since then. I don't understand why and how people like this act so irresponsibly. I realize people gotta make a living but lying to your patients and then "treating" them which means you have ruined their life.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I will absolutely return to Matthew Brighi, D.C.! I had an amazing experience! There was lots of available parking at Matthew Brighi, D.C.'s office. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. Matthew Brighi, D.C. is always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
