I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I have worked with several chiropractors in the past and Dr. Anderson is one of the best, she will do what ever it takes for her patients and she is very good as well. Wish I had found her sooner then I did.

Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed.

Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left!
Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Dr. Jane is definitely, above all else concerned with the well being of her patients. I saw her for some time and she gave me relief from shoulder and neck pain as well as migraine headaches. She TRULY cares about her patients!

After mishaps while hiking, doing home repairs, or pushing my large husband up Colorado's slopes in a wheelchair (I'm a 110lbs), Dr. Anderson quickly determined the cause of my pain and made the needed adjustments gently. Besides being extremely competent, this woman is kind, very personable, and always gentle. (Gentle is important to my 56 year old bones:<) I highly recommend her!
