STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!! I recently moved in this area and pulled out my back and needed an adjustment. I called my current chiropractor (located 40 miles away) and he referred me to someone closer to my home. When I called to scheduled my appointment they let me know the adjustment would be $50 and I would not need all the initial exams since he had already spoken to my regular chiropractor about my spine. After the adjustment they tried to charge me $100!! After I asked for a further explanation they said that since I was a new patient they had to charge me for the initial consult (this included taking my height, weight, and temperature). This would have been nice to know when I called and asked all about the pricing. After a lot of complaining they ended up “refunding” the $50 consultation charge and let me know going forward my adjustments would be $50. I appreciated that they tried to make the situation right by doing this, but this shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

I pulled out my back again last week and when I called to make the appointment I once again verified the cost of the adjustment would be $50. I didn’t want to go back to this place, but I figured since I was already a patient I could avoid all of the initial costs (x-rays, etc) of going to a new chiropractor. When I went to pay for my adjustment they tried to charge me $75 (even though 30 minutes earlier they confirmed the charge would be $50). Once again… I asked what the additional charge was for and once again they made up some excuse why they were charging me more money. This time the excuse was that since I had not been to the office in awhile they needed to do another consultation. This consultation included him spending approx 1 minute looking where I needed to be adjusted. I politely asked for a detailed receipt and that I would be contesting the charges with my credit card company.

The best part of this whole review is that I received an email from them later that evening that they would “adjust” my balance and only charge me $50 and that he was also discharging me as a patient of that office!! He must have actually thought that I would return to his shady and dishonest practice.

Chiropractors have had a bad reputation in the past for these very reasons. If you want a chiropractor that is honest and that has integrity… this is definitely not the place for you.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked.However, the cost was very competitive. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door! I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Shandy Grady, D.C. would never use foul language! They always go the extra effort to be polite and courteous! I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had with Shandy Grady, D.C.! Shandy Grady, D.C. makes the extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need! They always remember me and make me feel very important!
