They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. My level of satisfaction was very high after this appointment. I was impressed with how the doctor catered to my needs. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. He is the Best of the Best I have had many providers in his feild and None HAVE BEEN at this mans level of care.I have C.P.R.S. AND R.S.D. I need very special care and have found it with Richard Tylor and his wife Penny whom helps in his practice.Penny is very helpful nice and wonderful.My every visit mades my day as well as pickes up my Spirit a very needed and wanted human touch very important now days as many others have lost sight of.
