I have been treated by Mike Hanley for the past 11 years. I previously had treated with numerous other chiropractors in the area but none have come remotely close to the high standard of care, that is not only rendered from Dr. Mike, but from the entire staff. I appreciate that Dr. Mike has personally sought to get me the care that I needed when some of the issues relating to my injury did not relate to his personal "scope of practice". That is called "going above and beyond the call of duty". I would certainly recommend him and his staff!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
