I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The office was easy enough to find. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.
