As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

I went home after my appointment and iced my shoulder per the doctors instructions. He told me I'd most likely be in some discomfort during the evening and I was. But for the first time in over a week, I was able to sleep and woke up feeling better and in less pain than I'd been in a long time. His warm, gentle hands and calming voice, and most of all knowledge are like night and day compared to other chiropractors. He works wonders!
