The worst I have seen

A little, but most of my adjustments were general
Did this provider use excessive foul language?
No
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Yes, they need to clean or sterilize their facility more
Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached?
No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best

I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. A number of times he was late to my appointments. The staff just told he he "stepped out" for a bit and would be back in 5 minutes. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. He never asked me important questions about my condition and when I asked him questions, I don't think he knew what he was talking about.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer each and every question I had in-depth. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The office was easy enough to find. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area.

I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable.
