I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

No, they were fine

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

My experience with Dr. Tamai has been an outstanding one. I initially visited "Dr. Sarah" because of chronic lower back pain 5 years ago. She fixed my back straight straight away and since then has cured many of my "kinks". More than this, Sarah has taken a personal interest in my health and guided me along a path towards a healthier lifestyle. I can honestly say that I am a much healthier person today for knowing her.
