They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. He gets the job done.

Great adjustment. And the neat massage chair while you wait is a nice touch. Really loosens you up. I can't afford regular adjustments, but his rates are fairly affordable so I might go more often (instead of waiting until I'm in crisis)...

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
